Both quick-couplers of each section are in this position connected with return line. Note: The lever returns automatically from positions (1) and (3) into do neutral. Always connect a one-acting cylinder to quick-couplers “4“, “6“!Double-acting cylinder must be connected to the quick couplers of the same section. 100 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM CONNECTION OF MACHINES AND IMPLEMENT TO HYDRAULIC OUTER CIRCUIT Connection of machines and implements combined with more parts Tractor without selective control valve When working with agricultural machines that are combined from more parts (combinators, skids, and harrows), at which side frames, folded at transport to vertical position by independent hydraulic cylinders, controlled by outer hydraulic circuit, are hinged to the central frame, it is necessary always to control folding of outer frames by moving the control lever of outer circuit rearwards. Moving the control lever of outer circuit in this direction ensures that pressure oil in quick-coupler "1" causes lifting of the frames to vertical (transport) position. Quick-coupler "2" is connected with return line. Do not park the tractor with implement in lifted position - (B). Top link Left lift link Right lift link Lower draft link stabilizers Lower links 104 HITCHES ATTACHING OF IMPLEMENT TO THREE POINT HITCH The left lifting link (2) is adjustable after disconnecting of its upper end from hydraulic lifting arm pin and is intended for course adjustment position. Fine adjusting is made by means of turning the right lifting link tube (3) by means the wrench. Lower link ends (5) can be mutually vertically adjusted within a range of 200 mm. Floating (free) connection of implement with the tractor and mutual winging round the longitudinal axis is enabled after sliding of the pin (6) into the oval opening (7) of the left lifting link (2). In this case the lower draft link ends can be freely vertically moved by 100 mm one each other. Transversal guiding of implement is secured with the lower link stabilizers (4). At an attached implement of category II, the ends of the lower links can swing from the central position to both sides. The side swing can be limited by locking of the stabilizers (4). Lower draft links (5) have to be connected with springs (8) and the top link (1) has to be hooked in the spring holder when transportation without implement takes place. Lower link stabilizers (4) need to be shortened at transportation to avoid undesired side swing of implement!
